Dünya'yı yok etme gücüne sahip olan Kirie Irunisu adlı genç, ilginç bir takıma katılmak zorunda bırakılır. Kirie'nin katıldığı Morute Aashera, Ri A, Agan Maadoru, Naja Gurefu ve maskot Toppi Topuran'dan oluşan bu takım ise Dünya'yı yok etmenin ve baştan yaratmanın yollarını aramaktadır.

Nintendo DS için hazırlanan World Destruction adlı RPG oyununun, Temmuz 2008'de manga ve animeye uyarlanacağı duyurulmuştur.
