Siouxsie & the Banshees 1976’da İngiltere’de kurulmuş olan post-punk, gothic rock grubu. 1978 ile 1995 arasında 11 stüdyo albümü yayınlayan grup bir çok müzisyene ve gruba ilham kaynağı olmuştur. Parçaları bir çok sanatçı tarafından yeniden yorumlanmıştır ve klasik haline gelmiştir, örneğin LCD Soundsystem (“Slowdive”), Massive Attack (“Metal Postcard” sampled on “Superpredators”), Jeff Buckley (“Killing Time”), Tricky (“Tattoo”), DeVotchKa (“The Last Beat Of My Heart”) ve Nouvelle Vague (“Israël”) gibi.
