Saber Dolls bu sefer Otaru’ya olan yeni aşkları ve Faust’a olan bağlılıkları arasında kalırlar. Lime, Cherry ve Bloodberry ise çevrelerindeki dünya ve kendileri hakkında daha fazla bilgi edinirler. Kötü Faust geri döner ve asla araştırılmaması gereken marionette teknolojisini karıştırmaya başlayarak Terra 2’yi bir kez daha tehdit eder. Bir yandan da gizemli Dr. Hess’in de kendince planları vardır. Otaru ve 3 Saber Marionette’i bu felaketleri bir kez daha engellemek zorundadır.
