Ünlü Japon bayan yazar Nenene Sumiregawa, imza günü için Hong Kong'lu bir yayımevi tarafından davet edilir. Burada ona koruma olarak "Üç Kızkardeş" dedektiflik bürosu dedektifleri tahsis edilir. Hong Kong'a vardığında Nenene-sensei bir tehdit alır ama inatla imza gününe gideceğini söyler. Koruması olan üç kızkardeş, Anita, Michelle ve Maggie eşliğinde imza günüe gider ve bombacı ortaya çıkar.
