Lyrical Nanoha A's serisinden 10 yıl sonra geçen StrikerS’da; Nanoha, Fate ve Hayate artık Zaman/Uzay Yönetim Dairesi için çalışan S seviyesinde büyücülerdir. Hayate’nin, Lost Logia davaları dahil olmak üzere her türlü felakete yardımcı olan kendi birliğini yaratması hayalini takip ederek Fate ve Nanoha, kendi öğrencileriyle birlikte Riot Force 6’i oluştururlar. Ancak işler tamamen planlandığı gibi gitmez ve yollarına bir kez daha çıkan Lost Logia engeli, bir yandan yeni öğrencilerini eğitmeye çalışan ve diğer problemlerle ilgilenen Nanoha, Fate ve Hayate’yi bir kez daha zorlayacaktır.
