Kısa bir süre sonra, yıllardır beklenen Maou (İblislerin Kralı) olduğunu öğrenir. Bu fantastik dünyada iblisler ve insanlar sürekli savaş halindedir. Bunu önlemekte genç Maou, Yuri'ye kalır.
