Gatchaman takımı tarafından yenildikten iki sene sonra Sosai X, Dünya’ya geri dönerek Queen Margaret adlı transatlantiğe çarpar. Çarpışma sonucu hayatta kalan 4 yaşındaki Sammie Pandora adlı kızı alarak onu GelSadora’ya dönüştürür ve yeni Gallactor lideri yapar. Yeniden ayaklanmaya başlayan Gallactor tehdidi sonucu Dr. Nanbu ve ISO, Gatchaman ekibini bir kez daha göreve çağırır. Ancak artık yeni silahları ve araçları olmasına rağmen, iki sene önce Gallactor’la olan savaşta öldüğü sanılan Joe the Condor’un yokluğunda hiçbir şey eskisi gibi değildir. Bunun üzerine Dr. Nanbu ekibe yeni bir G-2 getirir: Getz the Hawk. Öte yandan takımı büyük bir sürpriz beklemektedir…
