Fransa'da bir köyde annesi ile yaşayan Remi babası tarafından gezgin bir müzisyene satılır. Vitalis ve hayvanları ile yolculuk yapıp o kasaba senin bu kasaba benim dolaşmaya başlarlar. Aslında Vitalis'in oldukça iyi biri olduğunu anlayan Remi bu hayata gittikçe alışmaya başlamaktadır.
